No matter what your guests are looking for this Easter, Rose and I are sure they’ll be impressed with these creative cocktails. So ditch the boring fizzy pops and juices this year, and mix up one of these delicious drinks instead!

Our favourite alcohol free Easter cocktail recipes.

Lily the Pink
Acid, bitters and bright herbal aromats balance beautifully then the bubbles and foamy top bring decadence too!
• 50ml Bax Botanics Verbena
• 50ml rhubarb and grapefruit syrup
• 10ml aquafaba
• 3 dashes of bitters (I used Angustura Orange bitters but alcohol-free bitters are available)
• Vinada Airen Gold sparking alc-free wine apx 100ml
Shake with the ingredients with ice (apart from the sparkling wine) then use it to top up. Decorate with edible flowers.

Rhubarb Triangle
Low abv created by Daisy Plante. Fully alc -free by us!!
• 50ml Bax Botanics Verbena
• 25ml Rhubarb juice (water squeezed from cooked rhubarb)
• 25ml Apple syrup
• Top up with mint soda – apx 100ml
Combine the ingredients, pour over crushed ice and top with soda. Garnish with rhubarb strips and mint leaves.

 

Green Goddess
Beautiful with or without alcohol making a wonderfully refreshing, summery drink.
First juice half a cucumber in a liquidiser and strain it through a fine sieve.
• 50ml Bax Botanics Verbena
• Small handful of mint leaves
• Juice of half a lime
• 10ml cucumber juice
• 90ml lemonade
Muddle together the mint with the lime juice in a shaker, add the cucumber juice, Bax Botanics, (gin if using) and ice. Shake then strain into a coupe glass over a large cube of ice.

Kiwi Bax

There is beautiful balance here.
• 50ml Bax Bax Botanics Verbena
• Half a kiwi fruit
• 5ml organic cider vinegar
• 10ml light runny honey
• Mediterranean tonic – apx 100ml
Muddle the kiwi in a shaker, add the Bax, honey and vinegar, shake with ice. Strain into a tall glass and top with tonic.

Mirabelle
This deliciously refreshing little number is perfect enjoyed outdoors with friends. It’s simple to make and full of zesty, floral flavours.⁠ The weathers looking up, enjoy it!⁠
Peachy marzipan, fragrant herbs, and Sea Buckthorn, a silky, sophisticated cocktail with a bubbly top.
• 50ml Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
• 30ml Peach juice
• 20ml lemon juice
• 15ml Orgeat syrup – Monin
• 10ml Aquafaba (The liquid from a can of chickpeas)
• Fruit tree blossom to garnish
Dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and serve with an edible petal garnish.
